Can someone summarize the "Great Melt" by LSU fans last night?

Went to bed early after getting home from the Texas Aggie game so I missed it.
Why was LSU melting? I see this morning that they won.

IT was undoubtedly a perfect, OT 10- type, night for LSU fans. Got to expel the obligatory ref (umpire) bitching, coach needs firing emotions for 8 innings, yet their team ends up winning.

People upset over typical stuff: not bringing men in from 3rd with one out, Maineri not pinch running for a slow player on 3rd in late innings, Can dumping on LSU and moving to MSU and appearing to break it off in LSU's arse, Les Miles not changing quarterbacks in BCS game against Alabama, Orgeron not defending a 99 yard pass completion by Florida, 2nd base umpire not over ruling close play at the plate, their old oldies hooking up with some BBC in the next apartment over.....you know just typical stuff they always melt about

The old ladies hooking up with the BBC got me laughing in the car on the way to church, kids are asking what I'm laughing at....you're gonna get me in trouble
