I don't think Pearl comes here unless he gets some assurance that AU changes from UA in the future and/or when the apparel contract is up. Some type of agreement/assurance would have to be worked out I would think.This could be a sticking point in my opinion. But I could be wrong.

He could ask for an out clause if he didn't get the assurance/agreement but AU might not want to give him one.
