It won't be interesting for you because there won't be any future developments.
Maybe if y'all start a Twitter campaign the DA will be compelled to charge him with...something.

how, he literally had to shoot up Brandon's car to get out lmfao. How he got bullet holes in his shite if he wasnt involved?
You sure it was the victim that hit Miller's car? If you're sure, what is your source?

Davis was shot, man. dude returned fire.

Probably no suspension. BUT, going to be a huge civil suit when he gets paid.....

Yeah yeah yeah, my bad. Miles didn’t shoot.
Davis shot Miller’s car, I believe.

I read what you see but it's ambiguous.
"He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.
It was then, the detective said, that Miller’s Charger was struck by two bullets.
Johnson, the victim’s boyfriend, returned fire, striking Davis in the shoulder."
I need forensics to say which gun hit his car. It was a gun fight.

The police and DA have read, watched, and listened to texts, audio, and video of Miller’s every move.
You have no way of proving this.

They have said there isn’t shite to even charge him with.
This story was done until new information came out today. Who knows if there’s more?

Everyone not an Alabama fan is claiming he needs to be in prison.
Hyperbole. I haven’t said that.

And WE’RE the ones blindly making claims? Foh with that shite.
I didn’t say blindly making claims, rather blindly defending him. Comprehend better. Thanks!

Again I ask-
If he was so innocent, why are we JUST NOW hearing about it?
Why did they cover it up?

Hopefully none of the trolls in this thread ever serve on a real jury.

Moments later, Culpepper testified, Davis approached the victims’ car and said, “I told you I was going to get you,’' and then began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep. He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle. It was then, the detective said, that Miller’s Charger was struck by two bullets.

I was wrong. 20+ pages and going strong.
Melt, bitches. And then deal with it.

Is this what you said when you first heard of the crime? Stories constantly change. I’ve been guilty of wishful thinking for a couple of former LSU stars as well. In hindsight, some of them were true POS’s.

So detectives handling the case being questioned about specifics of the case by the defense...learned something new about the case today??? LOL WTF????
Wouldn't the police already know all of these new revelations revealed today in court?

quote:Got me with selective quotes. Why leave out literally the NEXT SENTENCE.
Got em
I know Gump's arent known for grammer and what-not, but, that doesn't say one way or the other WHOSE round hit Miller's car. It merely says "It WAS THEN" , aka at the time the bullets struck. This is the next sentence you left out-
"Johnson, the victim’s boyfriend, returned fire, striking Davis in the shoulder."
It's ambiguous and both events happened at the same time. The next sentence is "Harris was struck in the left side of her face" even though she was hit before dude returned fire. Yet it's mentioned last.
The article is a word salad. I bet on purpose.
I BET (as it is written ambiguously which i find odd in lieu of the coverup) it was the victim's boyfriend's bullets. They dont want it to seem like Miller was involved in blocking them in.

Police rarely offer up all information to the media. Go look at the Idaho murder thread on the OT.

Two vehicles - a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Challenger that belonged to Miles’ teammates Miller and Bradley - were blocking the road where the Jeep was parked.
Damn shame really, two shiny new vehicles breaking down simultaneously and strategically at that tragic spot, totally innocently preventing the victims of a homicide to egress from the tragic violence.
Wrong place, wrong time, I guess.

The info coming out today was gathered from court hearings, not a press conference.
