That's not what the cops are quoted as saying.
Two vehicles - a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Challenger that belonged to Miles’ teammates, Miller and Bradley - were blocking the road where the Jeep was parked.

The “He didn’t know” crowd should feel really dumb.
Do these gumps want us to believe he was going to go to the shooting range at 2am?

And blocking the victim's Jeep in?
That’s the claim in the story but the DA has stated that there is nothing he can be charged with.
If he was truly preventing anyone from leaving then he absolutely could and SHOULD be charged with accessory to murder.
If he’s truly guilty of a crime I have no qualms stating he should go to prison for a long time.
I can either choose to trust the members of the law enforcement and justice system or I can presume he’s guilty regardless of what they say and demand he be hung.
What do you choose?

Bama covering up for an accessory to murder.
In Arkansas he'd be charged with murder for supplying the gun.

Well well well, someone's doing a complete 180 now that their team in involved.

Used his car to block in the victim's Jeep
The statement doesn't say this at all.

There's dashcam footage from Miller's car and security camera footage from a business. Should be easy to determine if he was intentionally blocking the street.
Yet, there's no charge against Miller.

A 180 from what, exactly?

These comments back to back are just an odd pairing
Asked by AL.com why Miller was not charged, Tuscaloosa chief deputy D.A. Paula Whitley said, “That’s not a question I can answer. There’s nothing we could charge him with,’' according to the law, she said.
She can't answer why he isn't being charged but that there's nothing he can be charged with. Strange

Jail for starters. Accessory to murder is out of even Saban’s realm to have swept under the rug. The fact that he’s been part of the team all this time is going to shine a really dark light on your program.

"Can't kick a player off the team if they're never charged with anything." Well, well, well.

And then opposing fans calling Alabama fans pieces of shite for not wanting Miller to be jailed for something the police have no interest in pursuing?
However, most are appalled the way UA and Oats have handed this situation. They knew this information from the beginning and didn’t take any action.
While Miller isn’t being criminally charged, that doesn’t mean that his actions that night didn’t contribute to a young mother being killed.
At the very least, a school should suspend a player for at least the optics of trying to show they care. But for a school know all this and just sit on your hands knowing this information will come out is downright brazen.
Add in Oats’ moronic statements and talking to Ray Lewis. This is so bad.

Blocking the road is not the same as blocking in a vehicle in order to prevent it from leaving. I'm not saying you should be innately familiar with Grace Street, but google street view gives you a pretty good idea. It's a narrow road. If you stop in the middle of Grace Street, you would be "blocking the road." But that doesn't mean that you'd be preventing someone from exiting any of the parking lots or spaces lining the road.
Perhaps Miller and Bradley really did box the victims in. But that's drawing a conclusion that isn't supported by the article. I'd be interested to see the transcript.

I do have a problem with this. The DA definitely does have the answer to why he wasn't charged.
