You guys zealously defending a murderer which had access into Oats' lockerroom while already having a bad rap sheet of his own is what really gets me going.

Very few have defended Davis. He was a gang banger from Baltimore and Darius Miles would have been wise to say goodbye to his friend when he came to Alabama.

What people are zealously defending is people like you trying to make a random dude from Baltimore who was never a student somehow a representative of the university.

And the backpack of weed, the scales, and the baggies are relevant to the case. Since he was in possession with intent to distribute, possessing a gun was also a crime. Johnson admitted under oath he was in possession of a felony amount of marijuana that night. That would make his possession of a gun a crime as well.

Not only did law enforcement and the DA ignore the slam dunk possession with intent to distribute charge and the stolen car Johnson’s friends were in, they also ignored the obvious gun charge. Lot of things seem strange.

But, district attorneys really only care about getting convictions and all of that would have crippled this case.

t's still rather interesting that, for the DA and police, who have investigated every frame of video and done their due diligence over months, keep proclaiming Brandon's innocence.

They never said he was innocent. They said they didn't think they had enough evidence to charge him, which in and of itself is bullshite because a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich if he wants to. It's an extremely low bar. Whether they would have obtained a conviction in Tuscaloosa County is another matter.

That's the Bama loving redneck spirit. It also says have no idols but me but you love Bear Bryant so much that your back is a mural of Bear Bryant by extensive tattooing.

You are unfamiliar with the Ten Commandments? This seems to be completely new to you.
