I am guessing the video of Davis wearing a black ski mask running up to the car and opening fire was hard for the jury to ignore.
But, the Jeep and Johnson were the first to brandish a weapon during the initial altercation. And they did drive back around and pull up with the headlights off and window down driveby style.
And on the next episode of First 24…
I don't know how I could possibly find this guy guilty of capital murder based on what was presented at trial. Manslaughter, maybe, but the fact that he got a guilty verdict based almost exclusively due to the testimony of the aggressor in this incident is a travesty of justice.

They left the scene of the altercation. The Jeep followed them after meeting up with a friend in a stolen red car who pulled a shotgun out and got involved in the shooting. None of that was disputed. You are an idiot who is cheering the weakening of your own right to self-defense.
