The Bama elitist will not allow that to happen. Even though this is 2022, don’t expect a black head football coach at Bama anytime soon. Their are still deep rooted Bama alumni that are still stuck in their ways. I do think Deion will be a Head Coach at a Power 5 school sometime. Most likely FSU once Norval is fired this year.

You don’t replace a Bear Or Saban, you hire who’s considered the best option available or willing and hope for the best.
These two have set the bar so high that a 9 win season gets you fired.
Can their success ever be approached again?
With the changes being made once Saban is gone there may be a championship here and there, but not what’s there now. Bama really needs to appreciate what’s going on there.
