I love when people criticize predictions. It really makes no sense to pick apart a prediction until they have been proven mostly right or mostly wrong, right? How many people would have lambasted anyone picking Auburn to go unbeaten and win the NC last year and that Cam Newton would win the Heisman? How many would have lambasted anyone picking Florida to have 4 losses and Bama to have 3 losses in the SEC? How many laughs would someone have gotten for predicting that Miss. State would make a major New Year's Day bowl and beat a Big Ten team by more than 40 points. See what I mean?

My bold prediction is that Arkansas will not be anywhere near as good as everyone seems to think, doing something in the neighborhood of 8-4 or 7-5. Ole Miss will be much better than everyone thinks, going in the neighborhood of 8-4 or 9-3.

From the East, a bold prediction is that Tennessee will be in the race until late in the season. The East winner will most likely be 5-3.

We will not take a mercy knee in 2011...we'll punch it in just because and win the West while doing it

Bama loses 3 REGULAR season games
Bama has an unknown QB situation and I really see their secondary as overrated.

Arkansas wins West and SECCG left out of MNCG
Out of Auburn, LSU, and Bama, 1 will not have their coach returning next season.
Auburn finishes 3rd in the West
East finishes 1. Florida 2. South Carolina 3. Georgia
Either Bama or LSU lose 4, the other finishes 2nd in the West

I was following along pretty well until I read this. If you can't beat Oregon, WVU, or Tennessee, you are not going to go undefeated in the West.
