I know how you are feeling right now. I had the same feeling after they scored that touchdown. It's not the end of the world though. Either Mark gets it together and saves the season or you guys get a new coach at the end of the year and get to feel all optimistic again. It's a win win
if only that were true. watch richt lose every meaningful game and a some he should win and then get an extension. there is actually a win-win-lose scenario and that is why i am abusing substances out the fricking wazoo right now

The University of Central Florida beat UGA. They held UGA to 6 points.
I truly do hope that someone beats Boise, because their schedule is not worthy of a NC appearance.
Nevada might get them?

Boise is getting the benefit of a 1 game schedule, where as the rest of the title contenders aren't. They had all fricking spring summer and fall to prepare for this game. I would bet a 1000 bucks UGA didn't have that luxury.
It's bullshite to call your self a contender when you get to spend 8 months preparing for the first and only real game of the season, and knowing it's clear sailing all the way to a championship after that. This game would have looked much different had it been played mid season.

Well frick what did UGA do all spring, summer and fall then if it wasn't to get prepared for their opening game? Sorry man, but I would bet that actual football teams take Boise a little more seriously than the message board crowd does.

georgia dedicated the off season to this game. boise was the goal. this was a statement game. mark richt got out done. they were not ready. i am not gonna hide what happened, i am with cheshire here. boise was the more prepared team.

I think you missed my overall point.. I wasn't saying UGA didn't spend time preparing for Boise. I was saying that UGA doesn't have the luxury of preparing the whole off season for a 1 game season.
There is a big difference in preparation when you know you gotta play the tennessees the floridas South carolinas and Auburns of the world.

..regardless, bosie schedule is a f-ing joke:
Georgia
Toledo
Tulsa
Nevada
Fresno State
Colorado State
Air Force
UNLV
TCU
San Diego State
New Mexico
If ESPN thinks Bosie should play for the National Title with this schedule after going 12-0, then the SEC should tell espn to go f*uck itself..

Boise is legit.
What's funny is hearing other SEC teams bitch about them, and then losing to them. At least half the teams in the SEC would lose to Boise.
Boise shows how to get 3 star talent and coach it up til they're 5th year starters that execute really well.
Well executed play by 3 stars beats 5 stars out of shape and out of position every time.
UGA looked out of gas and completely outplayed.
The only SEC teams that can beat Boise are the ones that are well coached and experienced enough to execute well.

Once again, no one is arguing that Boise couldn't win consistently in the SEC (even though I could understand the argument against it since this is their first time beating a SEC team in 5 tries).
The argument is are they worthy of a spot in the mNC just because they beat Georgia? If South Carolina, UT, or Arkansas had their schedule they could beat Georgia and the rest of the teams on that schedule but that doesn't mean they're the same quality team this season as Alabama or LSU.
