If JJ/Shep/Randle/D. Peterson do not improve do we blame it on Crowton, or do we just say they were not as good as we hoped? Kinda like TT?

I think he stays in the NFL... he has a better work ethic than JR... I am not sure he ever becomes a solid starter but it wouldn't surprise me to see him have a McNabb type of career.
