UT over UGA, achieves maximum over-rustle. UGA becomes Pruitt's bitch for next 10 years.

2017 made you the worst fans on the rant..

Yeah you're definitely still mad about 28-7.

USCe at home, UGA lost its 3 best players to the draft, and its the second game of the season. It's a real possibility.

Home field advantage is not that significant. I think you could argue who are best 3 players are, but ok. 2nd game means we may play some more inexperienced guys, but that's all. I know ya'll are desperately hoping we lose, but the talent gap between UGA and USCe is huge. You could at least acknowledge that.

your two counters to my statement were 1) that other teams lost players too and 2) that you had a good incoming freshman class.

And then some irrelevant banter about me hoping UGA would be bad and being "scared" when, in fact, I'm pretty apathetic towards UGA.

So if you had some other argument you were trying to make as to why UGA couldn't possibly take a step back from last year, you failed to make it.

I never said freshman couldn't come in and contribute, but your freshman class was one of two points you made as to why UGA couldn't be worse this year than they were last, the other pertaining to other teams' attrition. So based on the argument you presented, your argument greatly rested on your signing class, which is why I responded the way I did. No need to start building strawmen because you failed to make a good argument.

Yeah you need to actually read my post again.

Dang that's the funniest thing I have read on the rant in a while. Thanks for the laugh.

I’m hate UGA so damn much. If I’m being completely honest here more than I hate Bama and it really isn’t even close. Maybe it’s because I’m from Georgia, but holy frick am I sick of hearing a fanbase 99% comprised of people who never stepped foot in a UGA classroom parade around like Kirby is the second coming of Christ and that UGA has started a dynasty after one fricking year of success, they didn’t even fricking win the national title. I don’t give a rat’s arse how many great freshman y’all have coming in because it doesn’t mean shite if they aren’t developed.

Georgia had 3 losses that year. Two were to LSU. If LSU isn't a national championship caliber team...Georgia probably doesn't lose to them twice.

My point is invalid because UGA lost to a good team twice? That wasn’t my point anyways. My point was Richt had a similar career trajectory after his second year. We all know how that worked out. Kirby has had a very similar start yet UGA fans think it would be unfathomable for them to be anything else but the next Alabama. It’s quite comical how y’all scoff at anyone who isn’t ready to crown Kirby Smart yet. The point was he hasn’t accomplished any more than your last coach did, so maybe wait until he does something more.

Am I the only one who sees multiple UGA fans basically arguing with themselves?

They keep misinterpreting posts and then doubling down on their stupidity even after the original poster clarifies their original point.

I thought UGA was supposed to produce smart people?

You're absolutely right.

On the field, yes. He's recruiting at a much higher level.

I doubt we will be. I also don't think we regress as much as people think. I think we lose a game but end up on the SEC Championship game which will be a toss up.

no, not really. your post was very clear. If you don't know how to properly formulate whatever argument you were trying to make, that's not my fault. The post you quoted lays out exactly what the argument you actually wrote was. If you meant to say something in addition to that, then I'd suggest actually articulating that point. Hope that helps

Because UGA is the only team that lost players from last years team right?? And landing one of the best classes of all-time won't help a bit. Might as well give up and admit defeat to the big bad Gamecocks. Just admit it, you are HOPING UGA loses because you're scared.

This was your entire post. Other teams had attrition, check. UGA had a good recruiting class, check. Now you tell me what part of your argument I missed I do appreciate the strawman you started to build in there, though

more or less, yes you are correct. They're so quick to defend themselves, they don't even stop to try to understand what they think is being argued.

I think LSU will beat UGA in Tiger Stadium. Though I don't think it will he the biggest upset this season in the SEC, it will still be fun to watch.

The upset will be a UGA team with 3 losses. The fans will melt on here.

And before asking yes I could see UGA heading to LSU 4-2 and if LSU is playing like they are capable of I see UGA leaving BR 4-3 with UF and AU still looming.

Maybe it wont be better, but sometimes a QB improves with experience, and we finally return a QB, just like yall finally do.
