Assuming the other major conferences play, from a roster standpoint this benefits struggling programs. Obviously top players will transfer to major programs but think about all the starters across the BIG that would not start at a place like Bama, LSU, Fla, or UGA but would be able to start right away at Arkansas. This will set the BIG and Pac 12 back a decade and be a huge help to programs that have had issues building quality depth.

The largest difference between LSU and Tennessee is the 2nd and 3rd stringers and this certainly reduces the gap if these BIG and Pac 12 players can transfer.
