I forgot IU was tSEC East Champ last year
So that means this team won the B10?

It does. Luckily Ohio State won the CFPlayoff, so I'm good.

All you have to do is look at OSU's pathetic schedule this year to see why they're doing this.
At least 4 teams in the SEC would be in the playoffs with that BS schedule.

Tennessee.

There is one reason. It's the revenue for a home game. Away teams don't split the gate 50/50. The game you're wanting to eliminate is an extra home game for each and every team in the conference. The 9th conference game will only result in a pay day for 7 of the 14 teams each and every year.
Money is not a problem, it should be about improving the game. An extra conference game (which would still be a home game for HALF the teams) is 10x better than playing Towson or Jacksonville State. Our conference looks weak when we dont want to move to 9 conference games like everyone else is. We'd rather sit here and play 3 sisters of the poor and 1 good OOC team.

If it shuts Missouri up, why not.

Urban Meyer is just lucky Bret Bielema isn't in the Big 10 anymore so that Meyer's heart can stay healthy.

As an alumni of an FCS school I hate to see this happen. The money and exposure are good for those programs.
As I college football fan, though, this is a great thing. The more competitive games the better the product.
Don't get your hopes up on the latter part. There are plenty of FBS teams that are worse than many FCS teams and those are the guys that will get scheduled. It will be business as usual with the conferences trying to claim they're playing a better quality opponent when they're really not. Just because a school is technically in D1/FBS doesn't mean much.

Why, was he planning on eating him? Or maybe falling on him? The dude can't even walk right.

Look up Bert's record against Ohio State without Meyer and then think about your claim.

Everybody knows that Bielema OWNS the Big Ten. 3 Rose Bowls, COUNT EM!! How many Rose Bowls does Urban Cryer have, huh?

I know you're trolling but Bert couldn't even beat Ohio State in 2011.

The SEC passed the P5 rule a few months ago.

Well, he has as many Rose Bowl victories as Bert.

True, but to Berts credit, he always seemed to give us a really good game. I hated him in tB1G, but am really enjoying him in tSEC so far. All he ever did was complain and whine about shite when he was coach at Wisconsin, but now he seems to have dropped that schtick and upped the entertainment factor. I went from hating him to hoping he succeeds.
