Typical of Malzhan and his family. No offense, but when the offense sucks, it's someone else's fault.

His offense sucked this year, Chizik was interfering.

He missed out on jobs, a video posting how idiotic his wife is cost him the job by a damn Bama fan.

In Arky, Nutt was handcuffing him even though it was acknowledge the offense took off when Nutt took over playcalling basically.

Sounds Like Malzahn is just a guy finding every excuse on others for his failures. Here's an idea. You're not as good as you think Gus. You're overrated and people started seeing it this season. Your wife is an imbecile and left no doubt of that on video. Blame the stupid woman you married, not the guy that just posted her idiotic statements and behavior on youtube.

Stop blindly believing everything you see on the internet. I have no idea if any of that is really true, but I've learned a long time ago that just because something is reported, doesn't automatically make it true.

The writer basically said "somebody told me that Chiz was meddling and Kristi cost Gus a better job" and people blindly accept it as fact.

Again, I'm not saying it isn't true, just saying don't judge Malzahn off something that hasn't been proven as fact.

So Kansas and UNC didn't hire Malzahn because of a Bama fan? Hell no. That is stupid. They didn't hire him because his wife publicly embarassed him and herself. I dont condone the video embellishment, but those teams' concerns would have been no different if the raw video had been posted.

I dont know how a prospective employer could fathom spending 5 min in the same room as that woman. She has a major league attitude toward the sport, the people in it, and life...

Joe Schad said on CFL that Gus has been unhappy for awhile and was taking any job that he got an offer too this off season. Makes you wonder what was up.

i don't know if the major universities that were looking at malzahn as a head coach wrote him off b/c of of his wife's video, but that would have to be a major consideration. if you just turn the audio off and watch her on camera, she comes off as a little unhinged. the audio only makes it worse.

whether it's right or not, coaches' wives are considered an extention and a representative of both the coach and their university. some of the wives are entrusted to represent their husbands' employers by public appearances and speaking enagements. the very least they are expected to do is conduct themselves with a certain amount of grace and decorum. as a former p.r. director of a small college, i would have to say that c.m. is a public relations nightmare waiting to happen.

Don't blame them.

It's turned into the worst rivalry in football.

I wish Auburn move to the east and put bama on the rotating schedule.

Fans take this shite too fricking seriously.
