Duke’s campus is beautiful, has to be near the top of any list. Durham isn’t much of a college town though. You have Shooters, the Durham Bulls, a gentrified cigarette factory, and not much else ... at least Chapel Hill is nearby.

Hard to beat the combo of nice campuses/superior athletic programs/gameday atmospheres.
Student life is way more important than nice buildings. IMO
