They should have just angled the wall and made the press box bigger. Lose about ten seats on each side, but you don't piss anyone off.

9k would be a massive crowd for AU basketball. It is kinda funny how a school that constantly beats its chest about its engineering and architecture programs could screw something up that badly though. Georgia Tech's football stadium used to be the same way. There were seats behind columns where you couldn't see about 1/3 of the field.

Would it be possible to tear out those 6 seats on the far left we see in frame and just add an aisle so people can walk up and around if they want. Giving them more space (and covering their asses for this blunder)
