Dave Serrano hasn't been their coach in a couple years. Tony Vitello is their coach, and I believe he's one of the better young coaches in college baseball right now.

I mean if you want to make ignorant comments, then by all means. But in-state schools have not "raked" LSU pitching in midweek games. That's not an excuse at all. You said in-state schools have raked LSU pitching. I'm telling you they haven't. That's me disagreeing with what you said because you're wrong, not making an excuse. If you had said LSU hitting has been at times dominated in midweek games, I'd have agreed with you.

Weird bunch. Generally college baseball discussions are pretty cordial given the people who partake in those discussions. And I really quite enjoy the college baseball discussions on here because the trash talk and trolling is much less and substantive discussion is much greater, but it doesn't appear as if UT fans, with their new found decent success, have any interest in maintaining civility when discussing college baseball. oh well

I know most UT fans are new to participating in college baseball threads, but most of the regular participants in these threads on this board would agree that the discussions are, most of the time, very cordial. Go take a look at the threads on Duplantis and Mangum chasing the SEC hits record. State and LSU have a very long-standing and heated baseball rivalry, but all our discussions on those two players have been very civil and rational. I promise you don't have to troll and be an a-hole to discuss sports.

Well, if you had been paying attention you would know that most Vol post when it comes to baseball have been tongue in cheek. Besides, you saw that it was a Vol poster talking about Vol baseball. You didn’t have to bring your flaming vagina in here.
