Parks, let me explain again, I think PP is really, really talented. Yet he has not played very well in several games, somehow many of you just choose to ignore that. I am just waiting for him play to his ability so that he can earn statements like this:

I never compared PP to Dre. If I had I would say that PP is head and shoulders above Dre as a DB. I just asked how everyone can say so decisevely that PP is the best CB in the conference and in the country so easily. He has the potential to be, but he also has the potential to cost LSU games by getting beat. LSU fans freak out anytime someone questions PP's annointed greatness. So continue to freak out and insult me if it makes your feel better, I don't mind. However a thoughtful response minus any PP standard excuses would be better.

Yeah, I don't see his point. He feels that Peterson isn't as good as LSU fans feel and that he hasn't lived up to his potential yet. That's a valid point and I can definitely agree with it.
I don't see why he is constantly out to flame him though. His first post in the thread was made solely to flame and had very little to do with his "actual opinion" apparently.
