Best CFP seed for 2025

Is getting to be #6 it likely means the following...
You didn't have to play in the SECCG risking injuries
You get to shake off the layoff rust against the ACC champ at home
You are on the opposite side of the bracket from Ohio State so would only see them in the final
You will avoid the SEC champion until the semis
By proxy I also think #4 is probably the single worst seed
You likely lost the SECCG so no hardware
You will be having to face the #5 team who got game reps last week while you haven't played in 25/26 days
You will have to face Ohio State in the semis

The worst bracket is the one that has to play TT. Especially if they get a first round home game.

Sorry I should have clarified that seeds 9-12 do not count because having to go on the road in December is bad period.
Just the top 8 seeds for consideration....

Yep. Would much rather avoid the SECCG and be a 6 or 5 seed.

Yeah I just think the 6 seed is slightly better because you still get one of the weakest teams in the field just not the weakest team in the field but get to stay on the better side of the bracket but we're really splitting hairs at that point.
