I mean... it's hard for me to stop sailing... but if you want real talk:
Bert's seat basically got "not hot" from a fanbase perspective only after beating both LSU and Ole Miss. Even then, most fans are saying that he MUST start the season better next year and not have a shitty offseason. I assure, the pigsanity up here is nuts.
We flew freaking banners over the stadium to get rid of Nutt. Fans did FOIA on cell phone records to expose Houston Nutt's relationship with a reporter. Some idiot set BA's truck on fire last year. I'm a huge Hog fan, but I wouldn't want to put up with our fanbase.
The best part is that tRant actually gets to experience the more sane of our fans (who are usually just trolling with a sense of humor).

This was done by a large group of voters at CBS we got 3 votes to win the West and overall we were picked to finish 4th. I agree most major polls had us around 4th or 5th but when I said "people" I meant like this poll where 3 people picked us to win but overall the whole poll picked us to be 4th.

Thanks, I never saw that one. I was one of the ones that thought we'd be better than what preseason had us at. I think once again we are one of the hottest teams in the country at the end. Unfortunately the season started in september.

He lost his top RB for the season, his 2nd string RB after the season began for the season, two starting corners in an already bad secondary, all three of the top 3 WR's for multiple games at the same time. No coach in America could have won a conference with the injury bug we had this year.

I'm well aware of our injury bug. But Toledo... We didn't need those players to beat them. I get that they were a surprise and it ends up not being a terrible loss, but still a not so good borderline bad loss. Allen was not ready in September, and had he been we'd be looking at a 10 win season. I am proud that this team didn't quit. A Nutt controlled team would have folded like a towel.

I'm not 100% sure how next season will go and anyone making a prediction is doing so based on pure speculation. Wait until the draft and recruiting season to be over before throwing out loss numbers.

Is Arkansas not 5-3 in conference play? Miss and A&M have to both win for us to fall below tie for 3rd.
