No. Nobody who played back then lifted a national championship trophy.
It, however, is not like OSU unilaterally decided to claim '45.

Because OSU's schedule was so weak that year... The AP ranked them 5th despite them being undefeated.
I don't know whether they deserve a national championship... but that team was really disrespected and underappreciated.
