Apparently it was a contracted worker cleaning one of the bathrooms.
I would think the contractor company will be in deep doo-doo over this isolated incident.

It looks like it was a crime of opportunity for this clean-up worker. He and his employer will pay though, no doubt.

They caught him. He was a contracted worker not from the area cleaning the bathroom that he committed the crime of opportunity in....
