Their Resume isn’t as good as ours. Their best series was going 2 and 2 vs coastal Carolina. They also lost a series to Illinois, lost to Miss State, Ole Miss and Alabama. It’s not even close

They have a considerably larger max attendance capacity. Their normal stadium sizes are comparable but USM adds a lot of seating for these games. They had over 6k for their Ole Miss super last year. Tennessee’s record attendance is around 4500

Reminds me of the 2007 Clemson-Mississippi State Super Regional. Both teams were No. 2 seeds in the regional. Clemson was the better team on paper, but State hosted.
