Gator radio broadcast mentioned Maineri elected to start the game with bad weather coming to burn Liam Peterson (only thew five pitches before the delay began). Is this gamesmanship or bush league? EIther way I expect some gamecocks to take a few fastballs on the numbers as a result.

I’d call it gamesmanship on part of Manieri and bush league by SEC umps who should know better than to start a game with impending bad weather for exactly this reason.

LSU experienced similar shenanigans last time they played there. Different coach though.
