Can't blame him for coming back.... Hell, whats he gonna do if he left? go to work at walmart? Surely wouldn't go to the NFL. Not tryin to flame, Just being honest. Dude is gonna have to SERIOUSLY step up his game next year and improve if he wants in the big league.

Are you really this fricking stupid? I do not think he is first round material because safeties typically are not drafted very highly and Barron is a little slower than some Bama fans think. But he is at a minimum a 3rd rounder. You only remember him from a couple bad plays in the IB (the really bad one being where he tore his pec and could not move his arm.

If his peck was hurt and a SAFETY couldn't raise his arm then should saban have left him in the game? Thats a dumb call IMO. We can just agree to disagree but I don't think Barron would have been drafted in the 3rd round personally. Its just my opinion and because he plays at bama has nothing to do with it. I watch every bama game too. He's slow but like I said, He has to comeback to try to up his stock. Not saying he's trash at all, just stating what I think of his play.

No and it was a very dumb call by Saban. I would bet that Barron was trying to be too tough and acted like it was nothing.

Either way, Barron will be considered the top returning safety in the SEC this coming year and one of the top 5 or so in the nation. He will play ball on Sundays I promise you.

Barron would have been a 2-5th round pick. Barron would project in the NFL as a strong safety. His role would be the eighth man in the box to stop the run or cover tight ends or 4th wide receivers. Hopefully he will be able to play that role next year for Alabama he was limited in his opportunities to play his actual position because of the youth in our secondary.
