It does not compute because Auburn has never attained the levels Alabama has in a sport that actually matters.

CFB only matters in SEC country, Texas/Oklahoma, USC, and some Big10 areas... that's pretty much it... the rest of the country & world really doesn't care...but yes, I will give you football...

AU is a more successful institution overall. It's a higher-ranked institution, academically. Produces bigtime CEOs (Tim Cook), politicians (current Secretary of defense Lloyd Austin), legendary sports figures (Bo Jackson, Charles Barkley, John Heisman), NASA astronauts, and many Olympic medals across major olympic disciplines such as Swimming/Gymnastics/Basketball, etc...

Bama really only has Saban, Bear, and Namath... that's it. However, globally, people are more familiar with names such as Tim Cook and Charles Barkley. Nobody has ever heard of Nick Saban outside of this country... I doubt even many New Yorkers know who this guy is...

Yeah I guess you never heard of Cam Newton and that $300k he got for playing there

Link?

The actual truth is the amount was $264,368,442,389.47 AFTER taxes. No idea what tax rate he paid.

To this day I still say it was money well spent.

You might as well hang it up. They are too sensitive for the facts.

Since Saban, there has developed this entitled, sniveling spoiled-rotten new generation of Alabama fans.

If they are taking losing at basketball like this, I can only imagine what happens when they decline in football.

There are a lot of good Alabama fans, but we are looking at petulant baby fans posting here atm.

I just thought the poster was ok with homosexuality. Clearly had no problem watching Alabama take it up the arse last night.

So every region of the United States minus the northeast? Got it.

I really couldn't care less about any of this.
