I think everyone with the script A next to their name understands how well Florida is playing and why the opinion is what it is...you act like Bama fans should just go with the herd and agree with the naysayers, when we've seen enough of our own team's performances to not just sell them off as incapable of winning. For god's sake, there are LSU fans here who give Bama a shot at winning. What's the difference?
Throw in the FACT that we've heard NUMEROUS times this year how "Team X is going to end this run"...that its kind of sounding hollow by now. You can have your own opinion, but you can't have your own facts, and the facts will be determined Saturday night.

I am not saying Bama fans should agree with the naysayers protect your team and be a fan.but you being a Bama fan can you honestly say that Bama wasn't very lucky that so many teams had a down year? thats all I am saying...I am not trying to take anything away from Bama they beat the teams they were supposed to ,but they haven't faced a Flordia yet take it from the other teams that have played them.it's not that people are trying to down play Bama but Flordia is playing the best football in the country.

If you are a Bama fan you see greatness in this years team. If you are not a Bama fan then you see a team which has not been tested. Clemson and Georgia no shows coupled with a weak SEC this year leaves Bama suspect. Now the ultimate test is this Saturday in the form of the Florida Gators. If Bama can win this game they will have everyone's respect. If they lose then everyone will say Bama had a lucky magical year due to their schedule working for them. That's how I see it.

You have a great post going here but you left out one fact. UF has not been tested. UF drops 50 on teams that turn the ball over and give up big rushing yardage. Ole Miss won because they plugged the middle and won the turnover battle. Bama has a chance to do the same but win or lose it should be one great football contest.

Maybe Bama is this years Boise State. They will run about 3 trick plays to upset Florida. Then they will do the same to OU. If Bama can beat Florida and OU then everyone will agree Bama has a great team. Until then all Bama fans are pretenders.

Yeah you have a great point Flordia hung 50 on teams they were supposed to.hell you let a 7-5 LSU take you to overtime and let a freshman Q.B. give you the game.did you put 50 on lets see LSU,Tulane,Kentucky...didn't think so.and don't try to bring up FL losing to Ole Miss last I checked 24-20 isn't that impressive.and GA coming back to put 30 on you in the 2nd half hell even Saban was pissed about that.so you are right Fl. can hang 50 on teams did Bama?

Jesse,the same people who say Bama hasn't seen a team like FL was saying the same thing about LSU Nov.7th."Bama hasn't seen a defense like LSU".Same ole shite every week.Sooner or later Bama will get beat and you can get that nut,until then give the points but have your damn money ready.

I'd rather be this years LSU, get by going for it on 4th down 20 times, drop a couple of games and still back door my way into beating a SAD tOU team for all the cheese.
The only trick play you may see Sat will be a smash mouth Cody rushing for a TD.

I strongly disagree with this statement. I predict that if Bama can pull off the win against UF, there will be 50 threads started about how Florida handed the game to Bama on a silver platter.

why don't you go back and see again how bama's offense did that game? not too impressive with lee's pick 6 and short fields from interceptions and overtime. and we all know lsu's defense is as good as it gets this year.
just face the truth, florida is by the far going to be bama's biggest test this year. but i think it will be a good game.
