Bama fans need to give it up. Pruitt isn’t coaching this year. No way Bama hires him without knowing the extent of his punishment. He committed 18 level 1 violations, he’s not getting off without any punishment.

No idea if he will be hired, but he hasn't been coaching for 2 years now, which is time served.
Additionally a show cause doesn't mean you can't coach, it would mean his recruiting would be restricted. Jimbo just served a 6 month show cause less than 2 years ago and most people had no clue.

UT wasn’t getting in trouble anyways. UT self imposed scholarship restrictions, recruiting restrictions, and docked a number of scholarships for 2 years, and cleaned house as soon as they found. 31 players transferred from the Pruitt era. Most of those are players that took money. Pruitt and his on the other hand will get harsh punishments. They purposely tried to cover it up and his wife worked with the compliance office at 2 locations, and she knew how to cover it up. But someone leaked the information that buried them.
