Bama hoping the Dentist has a license to practice law.

That's a pretty strong cite.
Any idea why they haven't been (or at least not reported to have been) charged under that code section?
Every single report says Jones was charged with two misdemeanors and Robinson's only felony charge it the stolen gun.
If that's the law and they're charged accordingly, they're both fricked.
They can add it on later, which happens when illegal substances are involved.

Why in the hell would it be moved to Alabama? Is this really a serious question?

especially when the player in question is a turncoat

Ok, got it.
Cam and Hootie better home the REC has some very good, politically connected Louisiana criminal defense lawyers on retainer...

FIFY. As a matter of fact, it's generally not a good idea to carry when you're chiefing.

No shite.
There are multiple layers of stupidity going on here.

Yeah I didn't know about that law. They may be fricked regardless of the felony weapons charge.
So stupid on their part.

you deserve whatever consequences you get.
It has been stated multiple times, but once again, the stupidity required to sit in a park, after hours, while smoking weed in your car and having a handgun on your lap (Hootie) and a stolen one under your seat (Cam) is unimaginable. IDC what state or level of celebrity you are, that is purely asinine.

He seemed serious. I really hope he was trying to troll though.

So as of now, Cam only has the gun charge? I mean, if it keeps Cam out of jail there's no way Hootie doesn't eat the weed charge.

I hate Bama, but I would never root for a Louisiana kid to have theses charges against them. A stolen gun is serious in this state!

These fricking idiots. Glad they're not at LSU. College Career [Over]

Almost as good as this gem from earlier:
quote:
You have to present yourself as an officer of the law. Technically, Robinson can sue since he did not consent to anything. Even with reasonable suspicion and probable cause, nothing can be done until you present yourself as an officer of the law.
So once this case gets moved to Alabama and Cam sues the arresting officer this entire thing should be a non-issue...

Eh.
Those aren't that bad. I still wouldn't be surprised if Saban has him delete them though.
