How could any LSU fan be a negatiger? Miles is likeable, goofy, yet very good coach and LSU is a powerhouse. That's a solid program in Baton Rouge, and always in the National title picture!

Wait. What? Interception at the end?
Posted on 12/6/12 at 1:48 am to beachreb61
Uhhh, the play where milliner apparently intercepted the ball to seal the game and it was called an interception on the field. Then they stopped and reviewed it and overturned the call to give Georgia another chance to win the game...

Oh yes. The play where the ball rattled on the ground. Clearly you were screwed.

It looked like to me that ball came lose right there at the end. His arms were around it and his body was on top of it but it didn't look "secured"

He's good.. except against Nick Saban.
He wins a lot.. except against Nick Saban.
He took us to two NC's.. and got us 21-0'd by Nick Saban in one. Plus, we were pretty much only in the other because we were lucky as hell.
I feel like we underachieve for our talent. Louisiana is one of the top states in the country for football talent and we get pretty much all of it.. and we still don't achieve at the levels we should.
There are too many LSU fans who are "happy" with a 10-2 season. I'm happy with a 10-2 season when we have a 10-2 team. We're better than that. I know we are.
I feel that a lot of coaches could do what Les Miles has done with the talent that he has. Like my sig says, I don't want him fired.. I just wish he'd do a better job.
JMHO, sorry for derail

He wasn't saying we were screwed. He said it was not an interception. Are you fricking retarded?
It hit the ground. But if you watch the replay there's only one angle where it looks like it hits the ground, and it was blurry.
It could've stood. But it didn't. Because there's no fricking conspiracy. That was his point.

You are an idiot, I said it was obviously not a catch. But if the refs were trying to side with Bama, why would that be reviewed or overturned?
Damn you are dumb.
Damn you are dumb.

Damn, I misread too. Too late for me to process information.

He's only 3-4 against Saban. 3-3 in the regular season.
For God's sake, Arky fans LOVED Petrino and he was 0-4 against Saban/Bama..
Florida fans loved Urban Meyer (at the time)... 2-3 against Saban/Bama.

I think the fundamental problem is viewing everything LSU or Miles does in the context of Bama and Saban. Everything is immediately compared.
Other fans don't do this. If Florida compared everything they accomplish to Alabama and Saban, they'd be miserable too. Instead they just love Florida for Florida and they are happy.
Yall should just try loving LSU for LSU. There are a ton of reasons to love it. It's an amazing place with an amazing program, amazing stadium, amazing coach, etc.. Quit looking over your shoulder all the time and be happy for what you have. Which is something damn near everyone in the country would kill for.

It's not that easy, loyal. Many coaches before Saban couldn't do it.

Jesus Christ, Alabama should feel bad about how hard they've mindfricked LSU. I've never seen such obsession, conspiracy theories, whinining, pouting, and foot stamping from one fan base.
It's really sad. There is one LSU poster on here, I think its cp3LSU or something, that dude needs help. I went back and looked at the SEC title game thread sunday, because i was watching the game saturday with buds at a bar, and wow........ It was pitiful...
