Both are ranked above Missouri in total offense. LSU is ranked just one below Mizzou in scoring offense.

So you are saying we can expect a one point or overtime game ?

If we were playing at Mizzou probably so.

Fortunately we are playing in our comfy home away from home.

So you're saying if Bama beat Missouri by one point or in overtime, you would dickride that moral victory?

I expect Alabama to win, but not because of their Offense.

So you expect us to do what, 275 yards and 20 pts?

Those are easy questions. Did you see AU under Ellis Johnson ?

That is why we are exited about the chances of seeing Gus's Offense with an AVERAGE DEFENSE. Won the SEC and went to the Championship game without one.

Nope.

LSU, Arkansas and Ole Miss were all played on the road. We're playing Missouri at the Georgia Dome. For reference, Alabama opened in the Georgia Dome this year and put up over 500 yards and 33 points.

To be fair, everyone expected both Van Gorder and Johnson to have average defenses at the worst.

Ellis Johnson was hailed as a huge hire (I thought so too). He was the #1 target, was he not?

People define luck different ways. Some would say getting a PF against the other Team, when they were on your 5 yardline with a min + was luck. Or having the other team fumble through the endzone in a one point game was luck.

Yea, if we step out of troll mode for a minute I think everyone has to admit Auburn's season last year was not all luck. The Alabama game wasn't luck at all.

Now the Georgia game? That was luck.

What about fumbling on your own 10 yard line with 3 minutes to play in a tie game on the road with your season on the line? Good luck?

No, Ellis was fired at USM and thought to be sitting out a year. I had heard that Gus wanted Roof back at one time. He had thought Chizik had held him back and not let him run his Defense.
