Ultimate slap in the face for Florida State. CFP is one thing, but I don't remember ever seeing a 1-loss team jump a major program's undefeated team. Just tells you how little respect coaches have for FSU and the ACC.

After next week we will have defeated 7 or 8 bowl eligible teams by a very large average margin of victory. Very few other teams have done that.

It is because UGA has crushed 4 teams in the top 25. Clemson, Mizz, Arkansas, and Auburn. They are getting serious style points for that. USC was early , at their place and a very close game. They probably rationalize(cough,cough) the UF loss as an anomaly due to the Gurley saga finally catching up to the team. Just thinking that UGA has been really bad in one game while utterly dominating in five others against good competition.

And you have gotten beat by two teams in the bottom 20-30. Very few teams have done that, too.

Mizzou lost to us and Indiana, it would probably average out. Should Mich St get some kind of pass because they lost to 2 top 10 teams? What bowl eligible teams have they beat? Nebraska?

Top to bottom the SEC is the best but individually FSU is as good as anyone.
