From the group here:
8-18-15 Yet, Gus just said today that this is the deepest OL group he has had in the past five years
Honestly, there is nothing to worry about this year
...
8-15-15 They tend to put senior 3 year starters on these preseason lists as a courtesy. Yes, even ones with 52% career completion percentages that have over half as many INTs as they do TDs.
Don't be surprised when JJ is added to that list quickly and Brandon Allen doesn't make the first cut.
Care to compare BA's Heisman odds to Auburn's QB? Jeremy Johnson is 10-1. I seriously doubt anybody bothered to take the time to come up with Allen's astronomical odds, but they did there was no sign of it.
Jeremy Johnson was voted 2nd team preseason All-SEC behind only Dak. Strangely, I didn't notice Brandon Allen on there.
8-12-15 Inconsistent at best? What are you basing this on? Most people say he's the best Auburn QB in 25 years outside of Cam. Malzahn loves him and consistently said last year he has the best back up QB in all of college and he could start for 10 SEC teams as a sophomore. Gus just doesn't say those types of things.
And the best:
8-8-15 You guys are fricking hilarious. Duke Williams would have to kill a playa before he got kicked off the team. He could probably bang Ms Kristy and get away with it.

It is pretty funny that a hillbilly from Arkansas would try to flame anybody over preseason predictions when your actual lard arse coach himself talked all kind of shite in the offseason, yet you will be 2-4 after this Saturday

Link to the shite he talked please?

Well, technically, the only hillbilly from Arkansas is the Auburn coach, but carry on.

none of us (that i saw, certainly not me) thought we were going to the playoffs, none of us thought ba would be the heisman front runner, none of us have claimed bret as the BEST COACH EVUH, etc.
you all deserve every bit of crap you're gonna get and i shall giggle as i please.

Go look up the comments Kliff Kingsbury made after he beat your asses. That is just a small portion of the shite lardo talked during the offseason.

Forget going to playoffs. You will be lucky to finish with more than 5 or 6 wins in the regular season considering your current record and remaining schedule.
Of course I wouldn't expect anything else from you hillbillies. You never accomplished a damn thing since joining the conference but talk like you are Ohio State or Alabama

Now, now, lets give Phan a break. Auburn has been the drizzling poo this year. Based on schedule and what they had coming back quite a few folks, including me, thought they were a playoff contender.
Wrong!
The question is whether Gus doubled down on a QB he thought would be decent but wasn't. Well he did. It happens.
So this season is for crap. Suck it up. No, Muschamp isn't a magical savior. Yes, having your offense based on a mobile QB will back fire if they move like molasses. Auburn is damaged goods right now and we will see next year, unless y'all get an itchy trigger finger, what Gus can come up with.

As bad as Auburn might be this year, I can still take comfort in knowing Auburn will be back to an elite level long before Arkansas will. Of course that is not really saying much considering Arkansas getting back to the level of winning a national championship or even SEC championship will likely never happen during my lifetime or the lifetime of any other poster on this board
