This is a serious post. We saw innuendos on the other thread. Let's get the true skinny from the Auburn Grads.

He is 100 percent legit. Many schools have spiritual advisors. Some use new age motivational folks.

Brother Chette is a true man of God. You can go to chettewilliamsministry.com for more info.

Aubie77 and tkane33, we all know that every web site is designed to cast a favorable view. What in fact does the average student or professor actually know about this entity?

The truth is is has been attacked by Alabama fans and the NYT. The truth is that he is a strong
Christian Leader and is a huge part of the Auburn program. Some individuals will have to answer for bearing false witness against Brother Chette. Vengiance rest with God.

I don't know anything for sure but here is what I think. Tigers Unlimited is not a direct school entity and is funded mostly if not entirely by donations. Like many schools, you have to make a donation of a certain amount to be able to buy season tix. This money goes to Tigers Unlimited and I believe this pays Chette's salary and coaches? I don't know. I also don't know if this is a common practice but I have a friend that is an executive for the same type of entity for FSU...as he described it to me, it functions exactly the same way.

I guess I don't get how this suggests Auburn is cheating. Many players and recruits cited Chette as one of the main reasons they came to Auburn. Quentin Groves is one I remember. I think that rival fans don't like the fact that a man of God is on the full time payroll of Auburn, and recruits like him. That's just my opinion though.

I think it works like this. Rich caring Auburn boosters go to church and drop a few hundred thousand in small unmarked billed in the basket they pass around. Then representtive's of the good Lord "reorganize that cash into envelopes" that happen to show up in the mailbox of certain recruits "close associates" that then lavihs the money on the recruit who can then claims he dont know nothing.

Something like that

I think you have the mystery solved. You should call the NCAA and let them know the facts so we can get this thing wrapped up this week.

Brother Chette owns a house (earthshattering)...

He is NOT paid by TUF as one poster said, but by the Fellowship of Chrisian Athletes...

He does receive support from Auburn supporters and even B.Louder(wow, who would you expect to fund it?

Wo based on the article, what is so interesting? Please tell Me...

Really? And if he was working full time, he'd be making $110,000. Is there a single SEC position coach making less?? Oh yes...a scam all the way. Scrate busted!
