The only pundits who say we will "suck" are the ones not paying attention to what is going on in the offseason and the building up of the roster.

We’re still another year away from one of our top 10 recruiting classes becoming upperclassmen (Juniors). This team might be competitive and win 8 games but we’re still another year away from truly being a threat to win championships.

Keep saying “another year away” as many times as you want, but expect more disappointment. Think you’ll win in Tuscaloosa next year?

Why not wait and see who will be the HC for next year or two years from now?

There’s no reason to believe Auburn will be good. Our 5-season rut has been so long and so bad, it’s hard to be optimistic. However, there are some promising things about this team:

1. The Offensive line is said to be the best Auburn has had in 10+ years. O line has been our weakness since Gus came in 2013, so this may not be saying much. But apparently they look very big and very good.

2. WR group should be Top 5 in the country.

These two things right here should help a new QB as he takes over his new roll. We’ve got two former 5-star QBs. If one of them can exceed expectations by just a bit, our offense could have a big year.

Because they are supposed to suck, which is when they typically turn out to be really good. (For no reason just because they are Auburn)

Then please explain the back to back to back to back to back terrible seasons? Glad to debunk that mystery.

I see a bump in the road though that might derail things and this comes straight from the Freezer:

Hugh Freeze says some Auburn players spend more time on social media than sleeping

How are Auburn players going to outplay other teams if they are tired before they even take the field?
