Thinking about this again, maybe we aren't being fair to Auburn. They aren't taking out the trash, they're just recycling.
But then again, there's not much difference between my garbage can and recycle bin. I mean, they're both places where I put things I don't want around the house anymore. However, I do feel a little better when I put something in the recycle bin and it smells marginally better. But that would eliminate Bobo, because he STINKS.
Maybe, these coaches weren't in the trash, but on the compost pile...

Exacty! I'm concerned that you and I tried to open their eyes to fast and soon. They are still in denial mode ( some are moving into the anger phase) and their pride won't allow them to see the obvious. I'm sure the auburn fans from yesterday are in shock and terrified what their future now holds.
They should have kept Gus but Bama winning again caused them to react irrational.

The irony of this statement is, there are lots of behind the scenes rumblings that Muschamp encouraged these guys to bail on SC as some sort of verdictive payback....
