This is not the first time auburn has lawyered up and told the ncaa to drop trou and frick themselves.

This is not directed specifically at you Frisco but how the hell are you people reading Ford's tweet into Auburn pushing back on the NCAA?

Per Ford, he asked if Auburn had received an NOA and Auburn said we're not telling you. That's it.

Auburn hasn't told the NCAA to go frick themselves, or to shove any allegations up their arse, that's the OP's opinion. Auburn has been in 100% cooperation with the NCAA the entire time. They've cooperated to an extreme and their self imposed punishment was over-kill (IMO.) I understand AU wanted to mitigate any further penalties the ncaa may want to levy against them later.

If the NCAA's tries to hand down a couple of Level I infractions AFTER the NCAA instructed Auburn on how to handle their self imposed punishment then AU has every right to fight it.

Only reason the NCAA could get away with this if an investigation turned up SERIOUS infractions that they feel Auburn was trying to get away with by going hardcore on the self-imposed sanctions.

I honestly don't see it.
