There was at least one video, and several photos, of sex acts being filmed from behind a door. And then there’s also the multiple photos of his male teammates in the shower, which is an interesting situation. Do they take a fall and say “yeah, I let him do that?”

Interesting point if this turns into a potential criminal investigation. If they get a search warrant for his phone and send it off to Montgomery for a forensic analysis…

They’re both illegal.
Filming without consent when there is a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathroom/sex) is illegal.

I would be shocked if the University allows Freeze to make a statement on a situation involving a Title IX investigation. He likely won’t speak about it until he’s got a press conference of some kind.
