Makes sense. That's like the whole offensive scheme

Scripted plays with very heavy emphasis on the running game is the offense but I digress. Week 1 of camp issues

Look in the mirror when you say that. Here is the rest:

We destroy early by moving quickly with downfield passing, and just kill clock with a lot of runs with an occasional pass to end the game.

Imagine how ugly it would get if we didn’t switch into kill lock mode

While watching the Georgia Football practice on Sunday I came away with a few takes...

1. Branson Robinson is now 100% ready for the season.
2. London Humphries is going to be featured in creative motion packages.
3. The D-Line is as solid since 2021.
4. Nitro Tuggle is very likely becoming the new Ladd McConkey.
5. 55 yard field goals are very much in play.
6. Yurosek and Reddell are both very impressive.
7. Puglisi and Stockton can run the offense just as good as Beck can.
8. Nate Frazier is going to get playing time as a true freshman.
9. The O-line is huge and has plenty of depth.
10. The pass rush is going to be much better this season.

Don't be surprised if you hear the slogan, "WE OWN THE 4TH QUARTER."

Conditioning appears to be a top priority this season. Kirby had the guys hustling the entire practice.

I'll try to give a little "objectivity" to it.

1. Yes, but we'll be easing him in. He's cleared, but his reps will be limited.

2. Yes.

3. First time I've heard this one and I doubt this is the case. None of these guys is projected as a first rounder. Should be better though.

4. First time I've heard Tuggle's name in a practice report.

5. This has been the case for a long time with our FG kickers.

6. Yes, they are.

7. No. Heard Stockton is "a gamer" but arm strength limited. Puglisi has the best arm strength (including Carson), but just learning the offense like any freshman.

8. Everyone talks about Fraziers speed and ability to make people miss.

9. Some depth, not sure I've heard plenty. Definitely a big strength.

10. Yes.Most believe this will be the case.

Conditioning is always a top priority. No one slacks in practice. Kirby always on everyone about effort.

That sounds completely unbiased. Thanks for the update.

Yes…considering the unabashed UGA homer who hosts a podcast I listen to regularly said “we better hope Beck stays healthy” after attending the same practice.

He did have the same opinion about Branson Robinson and said most of the units look solid, but didn’t have exceedingly glowing praise for anyone else.

Just said we are in trouble if Beck goes down cuz Gunner ain’t THAT guy.

Wrong again. We can go for a 3-4 Q's if we need to, but against the weaker teams like Vandy and UT, we clearly haven't needed to.

Against those teams, we simply do it until we have a sizable lead, and then we kill the clock. It's 2 different offenses.

The past 3 Vol games against UGA should have taught you more than you know, but you act as if you didn't learn a thing.

Kid didn’t even attend UGA is now on team? What a cuck. DJs greatest athletic achievement was playing in the high school band, his mom had no choice because he was homeschooled. And was an alternate cymbal player in a one person band.

It’s a shame you have no concept of the commitment it takes to actually play sports. It isn’t like a video game where you just switch systems and it doesn’t effect the players. Running a hurry up no huddle for an entire game isn’t the same as doing it a series a quarter.

Yawn. Do better than recycling lame flames from 15 years ago.

Why don’t you understand shifting concepts within a game depending on shifting circumstances?

You always describe the uga offense as what we do to teams after we built up a lead as if you dont understand how the lead was built to begin with. The last 3 vol games demonstrate this so well.

The funniest part of the last 1-2 weeks on here has been your reluctance to participate in discussions involving multiple 4 game losing streaks for the vols vs uga. As soon as something that painful gets brought up, you are out. Must be a middle Georgia college academic thing.
