We know that, we play around it. We still got 500 yards against Clemson and 400 yards against Alabama.

Hasn’t watched a single second of UK football this year. Saw one Benny Snell postgame interview on SECN.

Doesn’t matter whether rooted in objective data or just silly hyperbole, cannot stand it when anyone, anywhere at anytime says anything whatsoever positive about the Cats.

This game is a lose lose for A&M.

If we win, despite their ranking, everyone’s conclusion will just be Kentucky was overrated.

If we lose, we lose to Kentucky of all schools.

Not a good situation.

If Kentucky can't pass, they'll lose this game. A&M DL is stout. I know for an LSU fan, this doesn't make sense but you'll see.

Ah, the dilemma a team faces when they start getting better.

A&M has the worst Oline in the league and UK has a really good pass rush.

Line STINKS.

UK should be favored.

So I’ll be on a&m.

If our team was any team other than Kentucky the line would be a lot different. Every team we’ve played has had the same game plan. It’s failed each week. Here’s to hoping their game plan fails this week.

SportsLine sells picks, shocker. I'm not saying that quote is false but you can only know if you've been paying them for picks over the past three years. They're obviously paying CBS to advertise for them.

I see Terry Wilson improving his passing game week to week. He’s not there yet by any means; but he can throw the deep ball and hit a receiver in stride, and he's playing smarter every game. If the Aggies can shutdown the Kentucky running game without sacrificing converage, it looks like a long day for the UK offense. But the Wildcats have 3 talented runners (Snell, Wilson, and Rose) behind a very good o-line. A&M has a strong rushing D but may be in for more of a test than they expect. Bottomline: if A&M has to bring safeties into the box to stop Snell and Co Wilson can put points on the board going over the top before you know what hit you.

Likewise Texas A&M has to establish the run. UK's defensive front is one of the best in the league at getting in the QB's face and disrupting the throw. Not just Josh Allen (PFF top rated edge rusher in the nation) but as a whole they are very good at getting pressure on the QB; and the Wildcat DB's are tall and long and know how to play the ball. The D. is also decent at containment if the QB scrambles. Either DE/OLB has the speed and discipline to ride the QB all the way to the boundary without letting him throw a clean pass or turn up field.

So, keys I don't like for Kentucky.

Aggy home field advantage. Yes UK won in the Swamp but early over a Gator squad still finding its identity under a new coach and with key defensive players out. This is UK's first time on the road in almost a month and they benefited heavily from the home crowd effect vs Miss St and USCe. In College Station UK won't be getting the illegal procedure and delay of game penalties on the opponent that have helped the D look better.

Injuries and Kash Daniel suspension. Kentucky has better depth than usual this year, but if could still hurt.

Kicking game. This game could easily come down to a field goal and I'm not sure that kentucky can rely on their kicker in a pressure situation, especially at greater than 40 yards.

The mentor protégé factor. Jimbo wss Stoops' boss, gave him the FSU job that was the stepping stone to Mark's first head coaching job. It seems that when the old teacher and former at student go head to head the former has the advantage at least the first few meetings.

I think that the teams are pretty evenly matched in talent. Not recruiting rankings but how they have developed and are playing now. With mostly intangible factors TAMU deserves to be a 5-6 point favorite. As a UK fan I will be cheering for the Wildcats to prove me wrong, and believe they can.
