As for Pittman? We don't know if he will be a good HC or not. It would be a big leap, for sure

We'll miss em the recruiting trail but a case can be made that our OL underachieved in a pretty big way last year.I don't think we miss much with Luke as his replacement.

Granted,it's a very small sample size but I thought our OL performed very well vs Baylor especially with both tackles and Ben Cleveland missing.

I tend to agree. I haven't said too much about it on our board, but our Oline just didn't get any push. Then we tired to run inside and got stacked up a lot. I think Pittman is great, but maybe not for the system we were trying to run. Hopefully Luke will be a better fit.

I really liked Pittman, so don't get me wrong. I hope he does very well at Arkansas as HC.

I don't know what the problem was with the line last season - whether it was scheme, position coaching, some combination, or something else. Admittedly, I really didn't like the zone or iso blocking every play all year.

Like everyone else, I did like Pittman, but as long as we can maintain the caliber of player on the O-Line I will welcome the change to Luke.

We could drop a little on the talent level and still be okay. I mean, I hope we don't, but the talent was insane there.
