Rick Ray doesn't have the luxury of landing a 5 star like Stokes plus we don't have great in state talent like Tennessee has this year.

Seeing how we've already got a guy committed that likely ends up as a 4* in the class of 2014.
Never mind that we are in EXCELLENT shape with the #4 national recruit for 2015(a State dynasty, by the way). I give you consensus 5* Malik Newman, whose father has said he would NEVER play for Rick Stansbury. Newman Article
Especially since our team chock full of 4* and 5 athletes under Rick Stansbury really put us over the top. No sweet16's in 15 years, good for one of the 12 or 15 longest droughts among all high-major teams.

Think Billy deserves to be #1 considering his accomplishments, but I think it should probably a 1A and 1B sort of thing.
