There are a good number of State fans in Vicksburg also.

The Gulf Coast is all LSU for the most part and then Hattiesburg is USM. Is it around Jackson where those allegiances start to die?

I was in Hattiesburg in June, and there were plenty of LSU and Alabama fans down there. It seems after USM, that LSU and Alabama are the predominant fanbases in south Mississippi, as much as Ole Miss and State are.

nah, I have family that moved from NOLA to Diamondhead/Bay St Louis and whatnot and around there neighborhood you don't see ANY stuff from Ms. schools

Solid reasoning from you as usual. If something is one way in a neighborhood in Bay St. Louis, it must be that way across the entire MS Gulf Coast. Good job.

That's a beautiful pic you posted of the USM field earlier. Do you know who they're playing by chance in that photo?

For the most part, I'd agree. Lots of Louisiana transplants down there and much French influence.
