Wow, I am surprised that everyone just assumes this is true... Brainwashed by the media. I'm not saying it is not true, but there is no proven evidence as of yet. Innocent until proven guilty right?? WTH happened to that...

Your numbers are way off, and I agree its dumb. He is the one that made his name valuable and should be able to reap the benefits. But a rule is a rule and he broke it.

Probably most accurate statement yet. If he wasn't so arrogant about it they probably might have sniffed and moved on, but because of the press he has gotten lately they are taking where there is smoke there is fire approach

this has nothing to do with texas A&M...but the point remains that he has made the NCAA a lot of money

Ok sorry my diction was not very good in that last post. Compare that $25k to the millions that johhny created for a&m though, but if he did get that money I still believe it is truly not fair IMO. Although a rule is a rule but put yourself in his shoes everyone is making money off of you but you can't make a single penny without getting in trouble?!

johnny did not create millions by himself. the fact of the matter is that all of their games are sold out with or with out manziel.
it would be interesting to compare A&M's revenue last year from football vs previous years

I agree but they are gonna try to get him after his poor displays this summer... fair or not.

Wouldnt be a fair comparison with the conference change. SEC move brought them a lot of attention as well which in turn brings its own revenue.
