Jesus effing christ, you really are this stupid, aren't you? If they have witnesses saying either he or Uncle Nate got paid, and if they don't believe JFH's answers to their questions, he's done. If you had two brain cells to rub together, you would be able to comprehend that.

Me and two buddies saw AJ McCarron get paid $10,000 for 3 signatures. I now have 3 witnesses to said event. Suspend him. YOU NEED PROOF OF THE ALLEGATION.

Don't know. We won't know until they present their evidence. They don't have to tell what they've seen or when they've seen it.

Are you friends with McCarron? Are there pictures of y'all hanging out? Do you have paystubs of payments from him? Are you related to him?

Some dudes saying it happened isnt enough

"some dudes saying it happened" are what are called "eyewitnesses". It comes down to who the NCAA believes is credible. And anyone with an IQ greater than that of a turnip knows that Manziel didn't sign thousands of autographs for free.

Again, the "x-factor" here is O'Bannon v. NCAA.

The NCAA and EA Sports already LOST their motion for dismissal AND the appeal of that decision.

if the ncaa acts or doesn't act due to fear they truly do need to be disbanded/shut down, whatever.

Trial isn't scheduled until February.

Where was he? Who else was there? Date? Time? Describe the encounter.

You're living proof that stupid just can't be fixed.

Is there even proof he signed the autographs to begin with. You do realize there are autopens out there that can recreate signatures. Again, they need proof. The NCAA might have it right now, we don't know but these ESPN reports with their "unnamed sources" arent shite

The fact that it's even going to trial has them shitting themselves. Do you really think they are going to add MORE ammo to the prosecution?

Yes. There is proof that he signed the autographs. One company has paid $10,000 for autographs to be authenticated.

They aren't going to give him a special pass when everyone else has been trying to maintain at least some sense of decorum and appear to play by the rules. They are likely going to go through their standard of care until they are told otherwise.

That wouldn't happen to be one of the many companies whose merchandise e-bay removed because it violated the JMAN2 trademarks, would it?

And you do realize that an expert with the proper equipment would be able to tell if they were signed that way, don't you? The NCAA isn't THAT limited in its resources.

Has any of these experts been able to get their hands on any of these signed pieces?

Pretty sure a bunch of them had their merchandise removed. NCAA doesn't care about motive.
