As for Roger Klarvin, we can agree to disagree on the evidence part. Tired of restating my argument. Again, I'm not saying he will be punished. But you are delusional if you don't think there's some evidence.

Maybe the word merely threw you off, it was a poorly structured sentence. But the word essentially implies that there were other facets to the evidence.

This is called deflection.

but hanging around with these incredible people, all which have criminal records(like Manziel,) is of no cause for concern? usually where there's smoke, there's fire

the question is who has ever been punished without concrete evidence beyond witnesses and that was your answer. It's okay to just say you were full of shite

Like I said he's underachieved in the past few years. I just find it funny that you guys criticize him, after he owned you. I saw the same thing on this forum with a Sooner. You guys were making fun of Stoops when he has historically destroyed the Aggies.
Meh, we just beat Stoops by four TDs in the CB and have two of the last three against him. We're allowed a little smack.
That being said, he doesnt recruit as well as Mack and still manages to win ten games every year and beat the tar out of you guys.

There you go assuming that there isn't concrete evidence against Manziel. This is my point. Concrete evidence for the NCAA is significantly lower then a court system. I'm not saying there's great evidence, but there is evidence in terms of the NCAA.

You realize that you are essentially arguing that the NCAA might punish Manziel based on ESPN reports, right?
The NCAA has NO sources themselves and NO evidence. You think there is a chance they'll suspend a player based on good faith in Joe Schad and Darren Rovell (who has been sued for libel)?

You talk a lot of trash to Longhorns and Sooners.
Who has the better head to head record, more bcs games, scoreboard, more national titles, more big 12 titles, etc? The facts speak.
What's also funny is throughout your years of mediocrity, you are one the most sanctioned programs in the NCAA.

Not really, ive already acknowledged Manziel is a tPOS. I was merely pointing out his hypocrisy.
Id rather root for a guy who made money off his name than one who fricked a girl almost five years younger than him in HS.

I've not once argued that the evidence hinges on ESPN reports. I've continually stated that I think the video is going to be released, and that eventually one of the sources will talk to the NCAA. Why do you think I keep saying this investigation will last a while?

LMAO you just defined deflection.

What concrete evidence does the NCAA have? Hell, what evidence PERIOD do they have?
They the second hand ESPN reports, and thats it.

So this is all based on personal assumption?

Its been ongoing since June, at least unofficially. If they havent found anything more by now, the NCAA is in hope and pray mode.

1,000s of autographs signed my Manziel that were authenticated (with also picture identification). Does this show money was exchanged, no. But circumstantial evidence all adds up. So looked in whole with other evidence, it is concrete and substantial.
Multiple sources. You are crazy if you think not one of those 3 sources is going to eventually speak to the NCAA, or the half dozen sources that said Uncle Nate was running an autograph business for Manziel. Also, I think Schad's report is evidence since he actually saw the video. It's not like other cases where he said there were videos, he actually saw the video this time. It will get interesting if the NCAA ever questions Schad.
Again, I don't know how many times I have to repeat this. This is not a court of law. If the NCAA has the perception that Manziel is guilty and has a certain level of evidence, they are going to punish him. You are placing too much value in the term concrete when dealing with the NCAA.

Did you even read the thread? We weren't even discussing this issue? I think you might have some reading comprehension problems. I must really be in your head if you are seeking out ShaggyBevo and taking conversations out of context.
