Precisely. Best case scenario for them would be that they get to keep him. Depending on actual evidence, they will be advised when to cut bait. The thing they are going to do now is make sure they don't divulge that they knew this was going on last season. If they can do that, they are good to go regardless of Manziel's fate.

He was asked by broker if he would take ADDITIONAL CASH to do special inscriptions and JFF said he wouldn't do it AGAIN because it led to too many questions. To the jury this sounds like he has taken money in past for special inscriptions

Ohhhh. I think you're right. I think that other guy who tried to start the radio show in Huntsville said he heard them. Someone said he heard it. But then he backtracked.
