Choctaw you arent giving McGee or any of the others on staff any credit. But on the other hand I would probably take 2 guys off of Nutt's previous staffs over any assistants for their positions...Hutson and Markuson.

Actually BCS troy was a solid team. Like last year. This year they are 2-2 with a 56-6 loss to Florida and a 31-14 loss to bowling green. They have a 27-14 win over uab, and beat ark state 30-27. Not sure how that makes them solid BCS.

Why do you keep mentioning if I played sports on a collegiate level?

Because every thing you write clearly illustrates that you haven't. You have no concept or clue what it takes to succeed athletically at that level. I'm right, aren't I? You spout the drivel you do because you are a frustrated "never was" athlete and you live vicariously through the Hogs and WRT because you never accomplished anything on your own athletically so you get on here and try to act like you know what the hell you are talking about. You are one sad individual and what you don’t realize is that most posters on here, except maybe WRT, know you to be a buffoon who knows very, very little about football

The hell I don't. Anytime I use Petrino it encompasses the entire staff. I just don’t want to list them all. McGee is a great coach as are most of them.

Actually Choctaw, I played football, baseball, and ran track in high school then ran track for College of the Ozarks in Branson Mo. So I was a member of a college athletic team. Were you? But I digress, I fail to see how that pertains to whether I havethe ability to make a judgment on whether our team is better now than they were last year or whether I think they will get better in the near future.. Fact is, I do expect them to improve, but they are so HORRIBLE that I don't expect that improvement to have much affect on the bottom line. Actually, you clearly stated that you expect OM to be worse by the time we play them then they are now, so your statemetn that you didn't say that is a lie. MR - thanks for the civilized debate, what I meant about Troy was that they are a solid opponent for us, not that they are some world beater.

Ok my mistake, I just wanted to clarify. Because many who have never seen how meetings, pre px stretch, meetings work think it is just the HC. They also dont get how the players have the closest relationship with guys that arent even coaching them but in Training and Equipment Room.

Cliff notes are I think we struggle while Choctaw thinks we improve and every other team regresses or at best stays the same. WMR still a retard.

College of the Ozarks doesn't give athletic scholarships. In fact, if I'm not mistaken you have to work for your tuition there. So, I don't count COTO as playing college sports.

Yes, I wrestled in Jr. College. That's in addition to playing football and baseball through high school. That doesn't make me an expert and that's why you don’t see me on here telling Pertino he should do this or that like you do. Posting things like that only makes you look foolish.

No, they don't give athletic scholarships, nor did I say I received one. Simply said I ran track for them. Bleh, Point Lookout my arse, technically they are in Hollister, I simply said Branson. Hmm, no one calls it Branson? Everyone I know calls it Branson. I've lived 30 minutes from the campus since I was 12. I think I would know. As for not counting it, I would think it would count as much as wrestling for JUCO if such things counted at all, which I don't think they do, YOU brought that argument up... I don't have to justify my "right" to criticize Petrino, just as you don't have to justify your "right" to defend him. End of story on that discussion.

sms, my son played a different sport at Arkansas and became friends with many of the football players and works out with them from time to time. He is friends with Mallet, Smith, and others so he fills me in on some of the things the players tell him from time to time. And you are correct, most players have a great relation with the trainers because they spend so much time with them.

My O-Line used to come in and watch Days and then Cartoons before taping. The Kickers would come in to the room to watch Tom and Jerry and then watch whatever was on TBS. We had a couch and a mini fridge in the front office. My guys also used to always bring their tests in and have me look over them, since I charted QB's and knew our Offense better than most of the Freshman.

Oh, also Choctaw, you are correct about everyone has to work at CofO, which by the way was actually School of the Ozarks when I first started going there, they switched to College of the Ozarks while I was there. All it really is is everyone participates in the goverment funded work study program working 15 hours a week at a designated job. I worked in the museum for 4 years, Total cake, but some people had totally shitty jobs though.

Choctaw I never understood our defense after Kolling, Harper, Boyce left though. It was very simplistic but they combo everything. And after years of knowing a certain defense it was hard for me to understand terminology and things, even though it was basically the same.

I guess you don't know that Juco wrestlers compete with wrestlers at all levels, including D-1, in tournaments both in and out of season. Not that it matters but I was on full scholarship and could had had one at several D-1 schools but I decided to go to the U of A to finish my degree. That's right, I was born and raised in Oklahoma City but chose to go to the U of A because I love this area and the Hogs.

Back to the subject at hand. There is a big, big fricking difference in my support of Bobby Petrino because the evidence suggest he know how to coach fricking football and you stupid arse criticisms because you obviously know nothing about coaching football. You just can't see the folly of your arguements.

Hell, my Juco coach use to buy us beer on our way back to Oklahoma after we would go down and kick the shite out of Texas teams like Texas A & M, North Texas, and others.

You left out the part about how Beck Campbell and Mitch Mustain are bad, and how that proves you are right.
