Yes, the NCAA made Arkansas vacate 2 National Championships because of some very light bullshite with Tyson Gay.

The two programs have swapped national titles this year and I can't imagine there is any love lost after Arkansas picked this title up on Oregon's home track.
Speaking for myself I obviously wanted the Oregon Men and Women to win and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed, but Track is different in that I want to see great performances regardless of affiliation and I know many Oregon track fans would agree. This year and this outdoor season Arkansas and Florida both had greater performances, so...

The difference is that all of LSU's 45 national titles have been won as a member of the Southeastern Conference.....
The 46th was won as a member of the Southern Conference in 1908.
The 46th was won as a member of the Southern Conference in 1908.

And? National titles are national. As in everyone. If this was a conversation about conference titles then you might actually have a point.

What does the conference affiliation have to do with it? Since Arkansas joined the league, the Razorbacks have won more national titles than LSU, if you want to go down that route. LSU has won 26 since 1992, while Arkansas has won 30 national championships since 1992.
We aren't talking about conference championships, so your argument on conference affiliation has no basis.

What title is that? The NCAA shows LSU's first national title in any sport happening in 1933 in mens track.

1st in the league.
LSU has 43 national titles according to the NCAA website.
The NC2a site does not count mythical NC such as football and pre-NC2a in basketball, of which LSU has 4, giving them a total of 47. Doesn't Arkansas have some of those as well? If so, they should be tacked on to the 45.

Wrong and wrong. LSU does not count the 1908 mythical national title in Football, though I wish they would; one of the greatest statistical teams of all time.
LSU has 43 NC2a sanctioned national titles and 4 mythical titles in football and basketball that it does acknowledge, giving it a total of 47 recognized titles. I would think that Arkansas has some, (seem to recall at least one in football but may be wrong) that could add to the total of 45.

Same thing happened to LSU's last women's title a few years back or they would have 48.
