There's absolutely no reason right now to think UGA wins the East over SCar or UF. None. Zero.

since florida owns the dawgs and richt led teams get content with 10 wins, i say the winner of the usc/uf game goes to atlanta to meet the obvious winner of the west. not that msu should be left out of the discussion at this point but they will get complacent after they beat bama and lsu will prevail (once again) and then actually win a rematch in atlanta. i say this even tho both georgia and bama have pussified sec schedules and neither play a real cross division foe.

Why do Georgia fans think their team is so badass? The last 3 or 4 teams y'all played, that was worth a shite, you lost.

I never understood how this is possible. But I know more than one person that is like this. My boss being one of them.
I think it's just a product of not really having any loyalty one way or the other, but just rooting for local teams. To me, it's a sign that the person just doesn't invest a whole bunch of time into the rivalry.

Another thing that hasn't been mentioned is that it's pretty much an unwritten law that Bama can only play Florida in the SECCG. So this whole thread is invalid.

They both play LSU, we don't Even if we split with one of the two then that would put us at one sec loss. With both of their remaining schedules as well as playing each other the likelihood that each team loses two sec games is good. Plus we are good. Right now we're a better team than UF, and are pretty much equal with USCe which makes Oct. 6 so exciting.

Both GA and AL, have a cupcake schedule. If they both go, I guess I will have to root for the gumps.
I'm still hoping we can go to the ATL, we shall see.

I will root for UGA in the SEC title game and UGA in the Sugar Bowl.
